Disentangling from Dreams

Gesture, myth and symbol in this narrative form to suggest states of being. Seemingly unrelated images are juxtaposed, inviting the viewer to make connections. The symbolist poet Stephane Mallarme famously stated “to name is to destroy, to suggest is to create”. Much is implied, nothing is resolved in these works of poetically allusive forms.
